I've been going to Hoss' of Dubois for years and have never had a problem with service or the food. Staff is friendly, the food is always well delicious. It has one of the best salad bars around, with plenty of fresh ingredients. The soups are always amazing, too. I often just order the salad bar because there's so much variety.
