I recently used a cloud service from qiniu.com and I'm quite pleased with it. The service itself is average and meets my basic requirements. However, there are a few areas where improvements can be made. The rate of their service is average. Overall, I would recommend qiniu.com for those who need a simple and affordable cloud service provider.
