Buyers beware

SageSure has caused our family undue stress over a claim filed, denied and now they are saying they won't renew the policy because the inspector noticed damaged to our home during a his inspection visit. Of course there was damage, that's why I filed a claim!

I took the loss after the claim denial and paid a contractor out of pocket to fix the damage a storm caused to our exterior siding since SafeSure denied the claim in full (saying damage was due to prior termite issue which I might add is a very generic unproven excuse which I now learned is one one their common reasons to deny claims.) I thought the worst was over until recently SageSure sent me a non renewal even after I submitted contractor invoices and photos of the completed repairs (that I paid for!). The whole experience is truly maddening and a waste of time.

Long story short, save yourself money and headache and go with a different carrier. Buyer beware.
