👍 I'm really impressed with Spz-training. The self-defense classes are excellent! The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. The techniques taught are effective and easy to understand. I feel more confident in my ability to defend myself after joining Spz-training. The website zelfverdediging.org is also very informative. Highly recommended! 👍
