Hotel was overpriced for the area. We stayed anyway. Decent room, nothing fancy. We stayed in several hotels in several states throughout the week. Each morning we left before the breakfast technically started. The staff in the other hotels were super helpful and great! They gave us grab and go breakfasts even though it wasn't 6am. We asked at this hotel and the morning front desk girl was short and rude with her answer... very put out when we asked about it. She told us that she doesn't have those ready until 6am. It was like she didn't want to be bothered. She wasn't nice and helpful or apologetic. My whole interaction with her just ruined my experience at this hotel. I understand the breakfasts weren't ready, but at the other hotels (all Holiday Inn Express) they still made something happen and were kind in the process!
