Had a wonderful Pilates class at Pilates n harmony today! The instructors are fantastic and always make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The studio is clean and cozy. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation part at the end of the class. It's a great place to unwind and work on your strength and flexibility.
