First off I would like to say that Tara deserves 5 she's a great therapist. This review is on the facility, it's policies and the office manager. I have never in my life had to deal with such a rude office manager. Their policy is to give you 24 hrs to cancel an appointment but when you try to cancel the office manager gets on the phone and harrasses you to a point that you completely just stop wanting to dealing with them all together. I cancelled one previous appointment and had to cancel a second one due to being in the ER and not knowing if I'd be admitted and be able to make my therapy appointment the following day. This crazy office manager threatened to drop me from therapy???? Really??? Insane, so I cancelled all my appointments and will not be returning to that place. I am going discuss this with my referring Dr so that she's aware of how this place treated me before she refers any other patients to this facility.
