I have been using BETTER HANDS HM CARE SOLUTIONS for a few months now, and I must say that their service is average. The caregivers they provide are alright, but there is room for improvement. I would appreciate more communication and proactive care from their staff. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely not great.
