I had a mixed experience with Samina GmbH. The quality of their products is good, but their customer service needs improvement. The mattress I purchased from them was comfortable and helped me sleep better. However, when I had an issue with delivery, it took a long time for them to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would say the company is average.
