Alexandra Review of Central Florida Zoo and Botani...

I prefer to start with the positive part, in the front of the zoo is a children's carousel and a great high ropes course and 1, 2 other great things. The rest was unfortunately quite disappointing.
the animals do not have much space in most enclosures, which was wasted on other things such as a huge gap between enclosure and visitor (which was often even as large as the enclosure itself or larger), many play opportunities for small kids (which is great, but so much in a zoo ??? where it comes to animals and eig the kids should learn something and see) between the ways much wasted space, ...
Unfortunately, some of the enclosures were not occupied at all or the animals were demarcated in the back area. The white-tailed eagles and macaws were trimmed so they could not fly out of the open enclosure and placing the cheetahs right next to their lunch (warthog) is not that good either.
Drinks and food are not allowed in the zoo. At least not from outside. Inside you may like to buy it. If the stalls are then occupied.
Unfortunately you can not speak of Botanical Garden here. Zoo & children's playground would be more appropriate as a name.
So if you need employment for your kids and want to see a few animals and have no big claims, I think it's in good hands abef should be better in the season.
Almost $ 20 per adult person is a bit over the top for out of season and this zoo.
Greetings Rebecca
GOOD LUCK
