Realized that our virgin phone could not receive calls at our property after several years of no issues. Can call out and text in and out but
incoming jumps to voicemail. Can receive any where else that I've tested in both NJ and PA. 9 calls to customer service over about 15 days have left me frustrated. The gauntlet of people that can't help
or even understand the issue not believable.
Customer service people can't be reached directly for follow up yet call me leaving voice mails declaring that they are trying to reach me
and that it goes to voice mail and that I should keep my lines open. Insane! They claim that they can't
text me which would work. My mother has a medical alert that can't call me and it the main reason that this issue is so pressing.
