I had a mixed experience with Global piling equipment. Their customer service was great, they were very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. However, the quality of their equipment was not up to par. I encountered several issues with the piling machine I purchased, and it took them a long time to resolve the problems. Overall, I would rate them as average.
