I recently purchased a trampoline and I have mixed feelings about it. The quality is good and it was fairly easy to set up. However, the customer service was not up to par. When I had a question, it took a long time to get a response and the representative was not very helpful. This made the overall experience average. I think Vuly trampolines could improve their customer service to provide a better experience for their customers.
