Had booked mysore 1 day tour. My boarding point was as printed on ticket : Kengiri bus stop. Reached 20 min before time, at 7.10am. asked around, at kstdc cafe, etc, was told boarding point was inside at Mysore platform. Location as found from link in sms sent was later discovered to be incorrect, is actually 20 min earlier location. Called driver, he says reaching in 10 min.
Driver arrives and calls and yells as to where i am, i said i am in kengiri bus stand with luggage and family. He continues to yell at me that he is leaving without us, all this from him in broken Hindi and Kannada ( i do not understand Kannada). Then gave the phone to a lady who informed us that driver is waiting on the street outside !!! And we ran with all luggage outside, to a yelling driver.
Why then not print clearly : OUTSIDE Kengiri bus stand : Why harass customers like this. Kengiri bus stand means in the stand, doesn't it, to a new customer.
After this bad experience, did not book next day Bangalore tour.
Hope someone takes notice of this.
