I have mixed feelings about Hedpop ltd. On one hand, the website (hedpop.co.uk) is well-designed and easy to navigate. The selection of products is extensive, making it convenient to find what you need. However, the customer service could be improved. There were delays in response time and some of my queries were not adequately addressed. The overall experience was satisfactory, but it could have been better.
