I have been a customer of Ntrihouse for several years and I must say their service is average. Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their delivery times can be quite slow. I have had a few instances where my order took longer than expected to arrive. However, their customer support team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues I have encountered. Overall, I would rate Ntrihouse as an average company.
