I have found Workgroup Technology Solutions to be average in terms of the services they offer. While they do provide suitable solutions, I often feel that their customer service could be more proactive and responsive. I have encountered delays and miscommunication on some occasions, which have been frustrating. Overall, they are an okay company to work with, but there are definitely better options available in the market.
