We were charged almost 1700.00 to replace a toilet...

We were charged almost 1700.00 to replace a toilet and wax ring, that's it.
When we disputed the charge they agreed to reduce it by about 450.00, they never gave us the credit and now when we call they deny ever having the conversation and since we didn't get it in writing our CC company won't award us the dispute.
I'm a 40 years family business owner here in Denver and will never use BELL PLUMBING again and will take every opportunity to warn others about their corrupt business practices.
