I have been having my Tahoe serviced at Denoyer since we leased it. We have always had the oil changed on time, tires rotated as suggested. At our recent visit I was told that all 4 tires on our vehicle needed to be replaced as well as a rim due to it being bent. Due to the rim being bent it caused my car to be out of alignment and wore all my tires unevenly and one of the tires was falling apart....WHICH I was informed of this by another vehicle repair shop during a 2nd opinion. BECAUSE denoyer was rotating the tires they should have noticed this uneven wear a long time ago and it could have avoided the damage to all the tires. This unobservence caused me to replace a rim and all 4 tires on a vehicle that should not have needed tires for at least another year or two, to the cost of $1000. I was quoted $1400 from Denoyer to fix the issue, I chose to go elsewhere. I will not be returning for any services from this dealership again.
