Pretty disappointed in this company. After we decided to buy a new car and in our eyes we got a disappointing trade-in price, we offered our car for sale through this company. Received an offer within a record time that was much higher than the trade-in price. So agreed. Sales agreement received by mail. Then contacted volar cars. Online seen that this company regularly did not meet their agreements, so immediately called iwvmaa and he assured me that everything would be fine. Making an appointment was a bit difficult, but the car would be picked up on the day that we picked up our new car. But unfortunately they didn't show up and I couldn't get them either. Miscommunication according to them and because there was a death everyone was abroad. Iwvmaa then contacted them and made a new appointment to have the car picked up. Best man who comes to pick up the car comes alone and in a passenger car (picking up then becomes difficult. After a test drive he starts to crack the car clutch not good (demonstrably replaced) and distribution chain makes noise that only he can hear (according to the dealer the car is all right) but mister wants a discount. Without making an offer, the sale has been ricocheted. Iwvmaa says that this is not normal practice. And offer to look for a new buyer. But there is still a sales agreement, so apparently it is worth nothing !!!
Now I get an email again a week later that my asking price is too high while I never asked an asking price but they made an offer themselves.
Strange state of affairs.
My car is in exactly the condition that I discussed with the employees of iwvmaa by telephone. So in my view, the sale didn't go on for no good reason. Volar cars and iwvmaa are therefore apparently not reliable. Meanwhile, my car is still at the door while I have already picked up the new one. So double costs and since they are quite young diesels it costs a lot of extra and above all unnecessary money. Better to trade in afterwards. But you have to learn from your mistakes, they say so read this carefully.

After a new intervention, the car was slsnog sold via iwvmaa.
Autobedrijf het Spoor did live up to its agreements, and apparently thought the car was suitable
