I had an average experience with Jay Cataldo Life Coaching. The coaching sessions were informative and helpful, but I didn't feel like I made significant progress. The strategies and techniques taught were effective, but I expected more personalized attention. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think there are better options out there.
