Neqson Technologies provided an average service. The website was fine, but the customer service was not up to par. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to resolve. They could definitely improve in this aspect. Overall, I would say they are an okay company, but there are better options out there. The rate is 3 out of 5 stars.
