I recently purchased insurance from insurancehouse.com.au and overall I had an average experience. The website was user-friendly and the process of getting a quote was quick. However, I found their customer support to be a bit lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and the answers provided were not always satisfactory. If they improve their customer service, I believe Insurance House Group has the potential to be a great insurance provider.
