Channel bio corp. is an average company. They provide good products and services, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The website is user-friendly and navigation is smooth. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer support. They were slow to respond and the issue took longer to resolve than expected. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
