I have been a customer of ApolloMed for many years and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a professional website at apollomed.net, I have found their customer support to be lacking. The response time for inquiries is quite slow and it can be frustrating. However, their medical services are good and I have never had any issues with the quality of care I have received.
