I recently booked a tour with this company and overall, it was an average experience. 🤔 The website was easy to navigate and had useful information about China. However, when it came to customer service, I found it to be a bit lacking. 🙄 The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. 📅

During the tour, our guide was knowledgeable about the sights and provided interesting facts. However, there were some instances where the tour felt rushed, and we didn't have enough time to fully appreciate the attractions. 😕
