I have been a customer of Bank of the Southwest for a few years now. Overall, my experience with them has been decent. The customer service is satisfactory and the online banking platform is easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with their mobile app, which can be frustrating at times. I hope they can improve it in the future.
