I recently used the services of a metal recycling company that I found through their website, greenwaymetalrecycling.com. I have to say, my experience with this company was quite average. The website was fairly easy to navigate, providing the essential information about their services and locations. However, I did find the overall customer service to be just okay. The response time to my queries was not as prompt as I would have liked, and I felt that some of my questions were not fully addressed. Additionally, the pricing for their recycling services was not the most competitive in the market. On a positive note, their recycling facility seemed to be well-maintained and organized. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they provided a satisfactory service, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
