HORRIBLE!!!!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!....

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!....

So I decided to purchase a vehicle from this location only because the salesman was very personable and seemed to have an extensive knowledge base on the vehicle itself.

It did not even take a a full 24 hours after the purchase did I notice some weird noises coming from the car. I decided to take it a VW that was located in my city and they ended up finding MULTIPLE ISSUES with the car such as, ALL 4 BRAKES PADS WERE BAD and the ROTORS were severely damaged, a total cost of about $800 to fix everything. They were actually surprised that someone would sell a car in such condition and even more surprised that they were not willing to fix it unless I brought back to them (2 hours away) so they can look at it themselves.
After speaking to a bunch of different people and managers from the company they offered to have someone drive out to me and pick up the car while they would leave me with a rental to drive until my car was fixed. So after waiting 3 weeks with no call back I ended up bringing the car to them. THEY DID NOT FIX THE ANYTHING. Instead they tried to smooth things out and cover it up and said it was fine and they did not see an issue.
Well, after a couple days I had to bring it up again for the SAME ISSUES. Lets just say they were not willing to fix the problem unless threatened. I had to basically threaten to sue and leave bad reviews with the BBB and then all of sudden everyone was willing to help fix the situation.
But it does not stop there, parts were missing from my car, such as the key to open/lock the glove box.
AND NOW i have a bad bushing that needs replacing. Im and furious with this place and am going to do everything I can to make sure everyone knows so sales can go down. I will be contacting the BBB and leaving bad reviews about them on every site I can.
It is ridiculous since I have not even had the car 3 months and im already investing all this time, money and energy into it.
