As a frequent attendee of live events, I decided to give Ticketpro a try for my recent ticket purchase. The website was straightforward to navigate and finding the event I wanted was easy. However, I found that the checkout process was a bit clunky and could be improved for a smoother experience. The ticket prices were average compared to other platforms, so no major complaints there. One thing I did appreciate was the option to choose my preferred seating section, which added a personal touch to my ticket purchase. The delivery of the tickets was prompt, and I received them well in advance of the event. Overall, my experience with Ticketpro was average. While there were some areas for improvement in terms of the website's checkout process, the ease of navigation and timely ticket delivery were commendable.
