I recently worked with a civil engineering company to design a residential drainage system for my property. The company's website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a clear overview of their services. However, the communication with the team was a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project. The final design met my requirements, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and timeliness. Overall, the experience was okay, but I hope they can work on being more proactive in their client communication in the future.
