I recently came across a cosmetics company on the "France Cosmetics" website, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The range of products offered was quite diverse, and I appreciated the emphasis on natural ingredients and sustainability. However, I found the user interface a bit challenging to navigate, and the checkout process could have been smoother. The customer service was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement in terms of response time. On the positive side, the packaging of the products was lovely and environmentally friendly ♻️.
