I recently used this company's services for a loan, and I found the experience to be just average. The process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. However, I wish the customer service was more responsive to my inquiries. The interest rates were competitive, but there were some hidden fees that I only discovered after signing up. On the positive side, the online application was convenient, and I received the funds in a timely manner. Overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor terrible. I would consider using them again, but I hope they improve their communication and transparency. 😐
