I must say that the Rocky Bay Condominium Owners' Association is an average company. Their services are not outstanding, but they get the job done. I have been living in one of their condos for the past year, and overall, it has been an okay experience. The maintenance and repairs could be more prompt, and the common areas could use some upgrading, but nothing major. I would rate them as average.
