The service provided by Provence days was average. The staff was polite and friendly. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been better. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and the information provided was not very thorough. The tour itself was somewhat rushed and I would have liked more time to explore each destination. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected more.
