The service provided by Verizon wireless / aircom, inc is average. I have been using their services for a few months now and while it gets the job done, there are definitely areas for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive and the network coverage is not as good as I expected. Overall, it's an acceptable option but I hope they can make some upgrades soon.
