Wow! I can see why the review rating is as low as it is. Upon trying to make an appointment as a new patient, I made a call to this office for the sole reason that my insurance assigned me to one of the physicians here (not to mention that I had previously tried to make a change after seeing how low the reviews were.) Well, unfortunately the change was never made unbeknownst to my realization, and after feeling very sick with a serious past medical history, I made a call to schedule an appointment. After explaining how important it was for me to see a physician, the receptionist curtly informed me, "We are full today." After I paused for a second not knowing how to respond, she then added "Sorry." I will never be walking inside of the doors of this office. Terrible customer service!
