Great heaters. Absolutely poor customer service . They clearly don't stand by their products. Vince straight up said call a furnace guy. Receptionist doesn't care to interact much. They want you in and out the door regardless if your problem is solved or not. And if your calling in, good luck getting any help at all. Strongly advise against going here if customer service means anything to you as a consumer.
