Horrible and slow customer service. Right away I am accused of ordering the wrong product and they are requesting pictures of the materials with the measuring tape going across it; As if I don't know how to read a measuring tape. They said if I ordered the wrong product they would not provide a refund.

They actually suggested for me to buy another product after insulting me and hinting a refund would not happen.
