We (myself & wife) had a really pleasant experience working with Omer Malik of MinMaxx Reality. Our house was on market for total of 3 days and was sold above asking price with multiple offers competing.

Omer did a fantastic job for us in selling our home. He struck just the right level of advice and guidance balanced with strong work ethic and follow up. Some of the best guidance was around how to change the least costly things about the home with the biggest impact before selling. He was also very helpful in setting the right listing price and in offer negotiation process to help us get the best price we could.

Above all, he was very reachable and prompt in replies to email & phone queries even though we were in different time zone.

Given chance, I'll do business with him again. Highly recommend!
