Customer service and contact options have been terribly disappointing. Collections department has failed to respond to any emails in the last week and is unavailable to be called by phone. I have repeatedly been directed to an answering machine rather than a person when trying to call customer service/accounts, and on the few occasions when I was able to get a person to speak to regarding an issue with my account, I was only provided vague assurances that they will forward my complaints and 'get to the issue within a few business days' while it has been over a week. Have been very frustrated with the opaqueness and slowness of the system, when if anything the current situation should make them even more sensitive to the needs of their customers.
