I have been a customer of Freed Kenneth Michele for several years now and I must say that their service has always been average. They are efficient in handling my inquiries and resolving any issues that I may have, but there is nothing exceptional about their service. It's decent, nothing more, nothing less. I wish they could improve and provide a great experience for their customers.
