I have been a customer of Folkestone sports centre trust limited for several years now, and I can confidently say that their facilities and services are average. The staff is courteous and the equipment is well-maintained, but there is room for improvement. The gym could use more variety of machines and the swimming pool tends to get crowded during peak hours. Overall, it is a decent sports centre.
