I recently ordered a personalized embroidery item from Beyond Embroidery, and I have to say I am somewhat disappointed with the outcome. The quality of the embroidery work was below average, with some stitches uneven and loose. The customer service was also lacking, as they were slow in responding to my concerns. I would not recommend Beyond Embroidery for personalized embroidery products.
