When I first got to RCI, I was scared, anxious and all of the above. The first day or so was tough, and there were times I thought about leaving, but I didn t. The more I stayed, the better I felt about this journey and about RCI. The (good) connections I made and the support I received from my peers was a huge part of why I stayed, I felt in-tune and on track with them. My clinician was amazing! She understood me; she helped me to tackle this. I never felt alone at RCI. The staff is helpful and always there when you need them. The structure works, the groups are good, and the atmosphere is positive. I thank RCI for helping me tackle this journey of recovery. I feel great, mind body and soul.
