I've only been for the batting cages- they have slow pitch, fast pitch softball and maybe 4 speeds for baseball I think from 55mph up to 75 or a bit more. There are adult sized helmets and didn't have a problem fitting my melon in one. 2 or 3 of the lanes have been closed for awhile and I wish they would get going again. I went once and we were only ones, next time there were about 6 others but still plenty of options so no one waited long. It is very hot out there! Some shade seating is available and the AC inside is on point so go in and cool off! Price is great too IMO 6 tokens for $10 and each token is 25 pitches. We were good after 3 rounds each. Do recommend bringing batting gloves! Your own bat if u have it but not necessary.
