As a CUSTOMER of US FOREST SVC, I have to say that their service is average at best. The staff is generally helpful, but the process of obtaining permits for camping and hiking can be quite slow and cumbersome. The trails are well-maintained, but the signage can be confusing at times. Overall, I would rate my experience with US FOREST SVC as average.
