I recently started using Driving With Scissors, INC and overall, it has been a decent experience. The service provided by the company is average. The drivers are polite and punctual. However, I feel that the rates are a bit on the higher side compared to other companies. The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It would be great if they could offer more discounts and promotions to loyal customers.
