I have been a customer of Poonawalla Finance for several years now, and I must say their services are average. The interest rates are reasonable, and the customer service is decent. However, the overall experience could be improved. The website is a bit outdated and can be confusing to navigate. On the positive side, I have never faced any major issues with my loans or payments.
