I recently started attending Aikido classes and found One Point Center to be the perfect place for beginners like me. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching Aikido. The training sessions are well-paced, and the techniques are explained clearly. There is a strong emphasis on safety, which I appreciate. The atmosphere at One Point Center is friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable environment to learn and grow.
